Canadian Opinions is a private opinion poll. It is not an official election, referendum, plebiscite, or any form of vote recognised by Elections Canada or any provincial electoral body. Results have no legal effect on any government, person, or office.

Participation does not affect, replace, or modify the rights, duties, or position of any individual mentioned in the questions, including the Prime Minister, members of Parliament, or any other public figure.

Privacy

We collect: your email, a hashed password, your vote answers, and your payment transaction record. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information.

Vote tallies are anonymised — your individual vote is never tied to your email in any public output. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting the operator.

Terms of Service

• One-time payment of $2.49 CAD (GST/HST included) grants access to all ten polling questions, live national tallies, and the Canada-wide discussion until the poll closes on September 15, 2029 — one month before the federal election.
• You agree to vote honestly and to use one account per person.
• You may change your vote on any question at any time; only your most recent answer counts.
• Refunds: contact the operator within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not cast more than three votes.
• You may not scrape, resell, or rebrand the service.

The questions in this poll are opinion prompts about matters of public interest. They are not statements of fact, accusations, or endorsements. Participation is voluntary and anonymous.
